About 30 days into using the phone it has problems now making phone calls receiving phone calls and receiving text messages.
People say they call me it goes right to voicemail or I have the ringer set to on and it doesn't ring it just go silent by itself. I send messages and people tell me they get it two hours later but yet my network says everything is fine

This phone has some quirky issues with it such as network code 500 keeps appearing when sending messages The network says everything is fine so they tell me something is wrong with this phone.
About one in every 10 messages does not send either it just keeps telling me message not sent. So I don't know exactly what it has been rebuilt on this phone that's causing this problem

Seller made zero mention that UPS SurePost would be the shipping method in the Swappa listing. If they had I likely wouldn't have picked this listing to buy from. The phone was promptly packaged and placed in a drop location - but after traveling to my area it sat in a truck 3 miles from my house for 3 full days during the transfer from UPS to USPS, it again sat in USPS possession 3 more days still less than 3 miles from my house. It's the worst of both worlds shipping option and I would have vastly preferred even just standard USPS with tracking over this.

That said the device arrived in near mint condition packed extremely well. But SurePost is SO bad and I'd have done anything to avoid it if I'd known it would be used for shipment. I'd have literally paid extra for either USPS or normal UPS but there was no mention that there were alternatives that could be requested.

Shipping was timely and phone arrived in good condition. Would purchase again from this seller.
