Very small mark on the screen that could not be removed was not mentioned in the ad. Also, two small dents on back of iPad may have occurred during shipping as this was shipped in its protective case, with the keyboard cover in place, inside the leather carrying case inside a non-padded mailing bag. Seems like a risky way to ship a $400 piece of electronic equipment. Also, the side of the keyboard cover that faces out was very dirty and needed to be cleaned. However, everything works fine and it is currently being used by my mother who loves it! Thank you.

Very satisfied. I ordered Friday night, he shipped it out via UPS on Monday, I received on Thursday. I received everything that was include in the ad, including a case. iPad was exactly as described and in excellent condition.
