The seller was great so far. I am not satisfied with the phone, but that is more me than the seller. I was not sure what to expect as first time I have bought by mail and I went too cheap.
I would like to return this phone and ask the seller for assistance with this. So far this seller has been very good with assisting me. Seller became rude and called me a liar when I had to to a return. Do no recommend.

Very quick service and item as described. Unfortunately, the original charger that was included with phone did not work. I don't believe it was KGB's fault as it appeared to have the original shrink-wrap. When notified, KGB sent out a replacement charger the next day - no questions asked. Wonderful customer service. Would definitely buy from them again when looking to replacement current phone. BTW, they were kind enough to let me know the last few digits of the IMEI before buying so I could avoid a range of Galaxy S4 that have a SIM card problem.

Buyer Beware! I purchased two phones from this seller on September 5th. Now on November 19th, I still only have one working phone after weeks of trying to get either a refund or a repair. First the microphone stopped working on one of the phones after just a few weeks even though the phone was not dropped. They told me they only have a 7 day refund even though the phone was "Mint". Only after Swappa intervened did they offer to try to repair the phone. They asked me to pay one way shipping, but now that they have my phone hostage, they are demanding that I pay both directions! Horrible Vendor.

The phone works as described, in good condition. There is a problem when I actually hit the apps on the display. Some times I really have to press down on them for them to work, or they just don't function at all. I also have had issues with the browser functions and downloading apps to the phone. If I wanted to delete the Facebook app, I couldn't do it. The phone did not come with instructions, so I have had to call AT&T for help. The other issue is that this is my first time using a smart phone.

Seller shipped as stated, but it took a few days for seller to ship the phone. I know my payment goes through instantly, business account with PayPal. That's all, good transaction and great phone!
