First let me say I was beginning to wonder if it was lost in the mail. It just sat in State of origin and then in my State for days with zero tracking movement, took a week to receive. Once received I saw why, the label was not securely affixed and a portion of the whole label was gone, about a third, including the last 4 digits of the tracking information which gets scanned by machine. There was also an old label tracking, "scan at acceptance" on the rear of the package to add to the confusion at the Post office. When a used box is used all previous labels should be removed or completely covered. The seller also states that "Always used with a case and screen protector and full body skin." The screen had multiple scratch marks easily seen in good light (not in photos) and several pip marks on it. I use screen protectors on all my phones and never had such marks on the screen such as present on this phone of all my phones over the years. Should have at the least been brought up in ad.
