Phone was shipped quickly and arrived exactly as described.

There was a small crack in the corner of the screen was not in the description. It wasn't bad. Not mad about it and it would not have deterred me from buying the phone for that price. The seller was very communicative, I would buy from him again.

Initially the sale was fine- I got the phone and it was mostly as expected even with a slight delay in shipping. When I went to use the phone that's when I discovered the rear camera didn't work at all. Tried resets & upgrading but no go. No matter, the seller was willing to accept the returned phone and pay the return shipping cost. After this the seller become more difficult to communicate with and did not return the full refund claiming device protection even though I reset the device as per Swappa's device FAQ, and no extra instructions from the seller. Other than the disagreement about the refund amount things were mostly OK.

The seller very good to do business with, the iPhone 8 over all it good and accepted by me.
