Everything arrived well packed with obvious attention to detail. Everything listed in description was accounted for as expected and everything was in excellent condition as expected. I've tested the device for several hours and I am very satisfied. Thank you!! A+

Device is in condition as described on the sale page. Everything is perfect. Except the delivery which i got late then expected, i gave a 4 star...which as per seller is mistake from USPS (label got damaged), other wise device condition, device items, covers, s pen all are perfect. Would have been 5 stars if delivery was in time as i expected. (feeling slight touch sensitivity issues, but can be my fingers, will know after some days of usage). Thanks John, for the device.

The item was pretty much as listed despite a tiny scratch at the bottom that was not mentioned... but not enough to complain about. Seems to be a nice, clean and well working device. Stars lost for poor communication though... he never responded to a single message of inquiry I sent and shipped late which was an inconvenience. But for the price. I'm happy enough.

Seller canceled sale after I had paid for the device!
I asked seller a question regarding when he would ship the Pixel XL that I had paid him for with no reply for two days. Then I check to see if he had responded on the third day and he had requested to cancel sale because he had listed the IMEI incorrectly. He even told the admin that he would provide a new sale link and take an additional "$20 off for inconvenience to the seller". Once Swappa approved he refunded and never replied to any of my attempts to contact him about my purchase. It's clear to me now that he was trying to get out of sale because he wanted to sell for more money elsewhere. I wouldn't buy anything from such a dishonest seller on Swappa.
