Item was received quickly and communication was excellent. The item was not as described, but close - condition was noted as mint, but there were minor scratches on the screen. Overall a good transaction, but a pristine product was described, but not received. Close though, so I firmly believe it was a genuine accident. No major concerns otherwise.
