To any new customers, this was my veRy first time using any type of buyer seller site like this. Including ebay amazon etc. It was suggested to me by a verizon associate. I was totally skeptical at first, but then all the staff here, we're great with answering any questions or concerns I had. As well as it all going through pay pal, so that both buyers and sellers are protected had anything went wrong. That was a big plus for me, the type of insurance I guess. But everything was great, my dad loves his new phone! Not any scratches, basically brand new! Saved me over 450$ and only took 4 days to ship! Thank you Swappa and thank you ESN Phone Services! Promptness was good, but the product was not. It came beautifully packaged and over all worked fine until I put the SIM card in and it wouldn't ring and I couldn't hear on the other end.. So I had to return it. It took a a few days to hear back from the seller, Which I didn't like as they had my money all ready.. In the end I did get my money back, both from swappa and the seller.

Fast shipment, phone in good condition. However, the IMEI # on the back of the phone and the one in the Settings screen did not match. When I questioned the seller, he said that the original frame had a lot of damage and so he had one a frame and back swap. This was NOT listed in the description. When I questioned this omission and its possible impact on the pricing, he offered to refund $20, which I found reasonable and accepted.

HORRIBLE experience. Phone was not even a 5C - but a 5 in a 5C case. Advertised as Verizon, but NOT compatible with their system. Seller won't respond to my plea for help-- just filed my PAY PAL DISPUTE. BUMMED.

Shipping was very quick, The iPhone that was originally sent had some battery issues. When I made the seller aware they responded immediately and paid for the return shipping and upgraded me from a 16 to a 32 GB model just for the inconvenience. The replacement phone turned out to be incompatible with my SIM card but again, as soon as I made the seller aware of the issue they responded immediately- issued a complete refund and paid for the return shipping fees. Although I ended up without a phone, this seller was a pleasure to work with and was very accommodating.

Great customer service and quick turn around. Phone arrived in better condition than I expected. There was a slight mix up with the phone charger and ESN Phone Services quickly resolved with no troubles at all.

I had a few issues with the phone, but the seller did work with me, and even offered a refund.. only reason I didn't give a 5 star, is that I had to send the phone back the first one for the battery dying super quick, then the second I just paid to fix the charging port on my own , rather than the hassle of sending back ..

Very suspicious. The SIM was reported as lost/stolen and Verizon would not activate it. Upon switching over to my SIM card from my old iPhone, the phone works as advertized. Very fishy with the SIM card though. Was non-responsive when I confronted him about the issue.

Amazing service and shipping speed was actually a day early, but a star off because I tried to activate under Sprint PrePaid and they said that the ESN was bad. The phone itself was pristine though
