At first I was satisfied with the iPhone 5c I purchased. Unfortunately, the phone only lasted 4 months. It suddenly died and would not charge. I tried a new battery but it still didn't work. I informed the seller through swappa and didn't get any response. I do not recommend this seller.

The device works great as far as I can tell. The charger and head phone set do not seem to be apple brand, but a knock off brand. They both work fine though.

Item arrived as advertised. iPhone is in excellent condition. I was simply unaware that it needed a SIM card, but that was obtained very easily from Verizon.

I ordered this phone on Tuesday and I received it the next Monday. I was concerned that I would receive it later due to First Class USPS shipping. Other than that, the device was exactly as the seller advertised. I used this phone since Monday with no issues.

The device I received was not working properly as advertised, unfortunately, but ESN was cooperative, offering to switch out the battery and then finally agreeing to a return. Con : Sent first class shipping. Took 10 Days to get here. not acceptable. pay the extra $3 and send it priority mail. When i inquired about why it was taking so long, didn't get any response from seller.

If I can give less I would, phone looks good but doesn't work properly. I don't know how to get a refund since they don't respond.. I guess I will have to contact PayPal to get my money back from a useless iPhone. Not impressed with Swappa either because I reported the phone was useless on Wednesday and it's Saturday.

I if you have a problem with the device they will try their best to fix it. Pretty good customer service.
