The Surface Go was covered in tiny, soda-like drops. Basically looked like the last person that used it, prior to shipping, set a glass of really fizzy soda next to it and didn't wipe it. Device works fine, though.

Very slow shipping and slow communication

Abhijit was great to work with. We had an issue with shipping where USPS "lost" the package for a bit but Abhijit was able to open a case and have USPS work to find and deliver the lost package. Thank you for being persistent.
