Phone arrived quickly and everything is as described. Communication was timely and helpful. Overall very positive transaction.
Even though there was an issue activating the phone, the seller offered a full refund to apologize for the incident which I applaud his ethics. I'm sure it wasn't his fault or tried to pull something on me.
