Mislabeled phone and overall neutral experience, but more so due to the post office. Seller was willing to make it right so good person to deal with overall

Phone was in good condition , but when I received the phone it still had a locked gmail account on it. I had to send phone back. Seller removed the account and sent it back to me. Now it works great. Seller was cooperative and Swappa helped facilitate a very satisfactory outcome.

Fast shipping and even went out of his way to include a charger for the iPad.
