Communication was clear and prompt. Product arrived quickly and as described. I returned the product due to "buyer's remorse" and the process was easy (I just had to cover the return shipping cost).

Seller...very good, everything excellent as represented, shipped timely, and communicated timely. Just a note for other buyers of an Apple iphone 8 plus phone, do some homework on the muffled voice quality when talking with phone to ear...many complaints online regarding this on some phones. Also note, the bottom of the phone does not have dual speakers...there is a single speaker on the right, and hidden microphone on the left (all the other holes on left side are dummy holes). To fix the muffled voice (which Apple ignores) we had to puncture the water proof membrane at the microphone...now phone talking voice quality is solid to the receiver on the other end. Just relating our experience with this series of Apple phone.
