Everything ended up good. But you shipped the phone naked and it was rattling around in an empty box, I have to dock a star for that (kind of the big reason I buy phones that come with boxes is to avoid that, deciding not to ship the box at the last second was not cool. Please please please in the future when you ship a phone, wrap it in anything (a plastic bag, paper something to prevent it from rattling around).
The positives, did ship fast and communication was good.
