The device was not unlocked as advertised. I was never able to get service on it so I bought another phone from Amazon. I didn't want to use swappa anymore but when my samsung 5 messed up I decided to give it another try. I never was able to use the phone and it was a waste of my money. I was very disappointed.

iPhone was advertised for AT&T network. When it arrived it could not be activated on the AT&T network and was for a different carrier. I returned the phone to seller and he promptly refunded it. The phone itself was in great shape as advertised. The only issue was the improper carrier. Could have just been an oversight.
