Item was dirty, could have used a lite wiping down, but in otherwise very good condition.
Phone could not be activated by Sprint, said was already activated by another carrier and could not be switched back rendering phone useless. Returned to seller within 24 hours and promptly refunded. I greatly appreciate the expediency in resolving this issue both by the seller and Swappa. Thank you both
