I thought I was getting a charger brick & cord, and the original box, but those did not ship. I didn’t notice the listing does list those items but says they’re optional (I think they should not be listed in the “items included” section unless optional is capitalized or otherwise made more obvious). But that’s my fault for misreading, however I don’t want future buyers to make that mistake. Phone came turned on and battery was at 1% (which would’ve sucked if I didn’t manage to borrow a charger). The phone was also recently reset, but had already been set up (with no accounts, but it opened to the home screen rather than the iOS Hello page for first time set up). Also a SIM card was still installed when it arrived. These are all minor things but I expected a slightly more refined experience from a Trusted Seller on Swappa.

The phone was delivered when expected, The scratch on the screen wasn't visible in the pictured but I can't even notice when in use. Looks like it has factory accessories too.
