I would give this seller, MerchedUp, a 10 star rating!! I purchased an iPhone 6s Plus from this seller and received stellar service from them from start to finish. During the sale process I ran into an issue with PayPal not authorizing my payment. It took several hours of phone calls between PayPal and my credit card issuer to figure out what the glitch was. I messaged the seller to apologize for the delay in payment to them and I expected them to cancel the sale. Long story short; the seller worked with me to come up with a resolution for payment on the sale. Throughout this lengthy sale process the seller responded to every message I sent and displayed a level of patience and professionalism that went beyond my expectations. My device came very quickly; the seller sent it late on a Friday and I received it the following Monday. Wow! The device I received is pristine, in mint condition; it looks and performs like new.
