I do not consider the sale complete, but I have to to write this feedback. I was not able to use the phone with Verizon, despite the listing describing it as Verizon compatible. Verizon had changed its policies on the iPhone 5, but neither Swappa nor the seller was aware. Swappa instructed the seller to honor a return and refund, and the seller as not responded.
