This seller sold me an defected iphone (home button cannot be activated), I had to return it back to him and it took months to complete the return due to wrong return address which given by seller. About the return shipping fee, seller refused to refund the shipping to me at first but later on, he refunded the shipping fees to me after I filed a Paypal dispute and escalated it as a claim to Paypal.
