Good communication and the shipping was quick. The device was in great cosmetic condition, however, there was a fault. The charging port was damaged. It's not that big of a deal and it was a cheap and easy replacement, but it's difficult to believe that the seller wasn't aware of it.

device was packaged beautifully, had lots of stuff with it, great ear buds included. Phone works great.
