Hooi Yi Tan

I received the phone in a timely manner and it looked great. I took great care of it. However, within 6 weeks it was not working. Worked one minute and the next minute had rotating screen and wouldn't stay on. Took to battery store - battery tested fine. Took to Sprint. Motherboard and phone not connecting and there is NO fix. Sprint said I need a new phone. Waiting to see what seller will do......

Phone came very well packaged and happy with my newish phone. However, headphone jack seems to be broken as sound only comes out of only one ear with all headphones I've tried and home button does not work sometimes. I wish the seller would have atleast had this in the description.

LCD had the keyboard burned into the screen. Was not in good condition.
