“Verizon specific” phone was not able to be activated at the Verizon store. Said “sim not supported”. So I’d like to receive an unlocked phone that I know can be activated at the store. Or if you can unlock the phone from where you are that would be preferred.

Phone arrived CTIA/GSMA blacklisted. Seller didn't respond to messages for some time. Started claim with PayPal. Phone now appears to be clean. Closed claim with PayPal. Not a great transaction, overall.
