The phone did not come unlocked but tied to an AT&T account (not mine). I cannot activate the phone without the billing zipcode for this AT&T account.

Phone was locked and we knew this. but then we called the phone company which gave no assurance that it will work, this was few hours after we bought on weekend so no shipping had taken place. We then asked to cancel and return the money, the guy charged us $7 and some cents just because?? he did not say that there was a fee to cancel or anything. I felt that this was discourteous.
