Xbox arrived broken due to poor packaging. Then it took several days after the package arrived back with the buyer to get my refund. It was not a good experience.

The console was not packaged well. There was not a single piece of bubble wrap or packaging. Just a little open box with the console put in tilted-sideways inside the main, closed box - it wasn’t secure. The console somehow arrived okay and very quickly which was great. Everything works as stated so wasn't a negative experience, but not a positive one either.
