I purchased an iPhone 13 Pro Max from this seller, and it arrived with a damaged speaker. When I reached out, instead of taking responsibility, the seller tried to imply that I was the one who caused the damage after receiving it, which was absolutely not the case.

Because I am outside of the U.S., I couldn’t return the phone through Swappa’s process, so I was forced to pay an additional amount out of pocket to repair a phone that was supposed to be fully functional.

Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend buying from this seller if you expect honesty and accountability.

Really happy with this seller and the phone. Phone is in great condition as stated, well packaged when received. Even had a screen protector on so I didn’t have to use the one I had recently purchased. Really really happy! Thank you!!
