The seller mis-stated the condition of the laptop: it was listed as mint but the screen was full of glues left from a screen protector; there is a permanent scratch at the back along with stickers. I returned the laptop with the help from swappa and paypal, but it cost me at least 10+s hours communicating with the seller, swappa, paypal, prep shipping etc. I also paid over $20 to ship back the macbook to the seller.

I have been selling and buying on swappa and this is the first bad experience; it will also be the last of my buying on swappa.
