Received phone in great condition as described and works well. Fast shipping, helpful, friendly, and great communication with additional photos.

The sale went well but the delivery was a complete mess. It was sent to the wrong state and USPS at one point said that I most likely will not receive it and will have to file a claim. I eventually did get redelivered but only after involving my Senators. USPS said it was because a new box was not used but the seller insists she did. The USPS claims to have repackaged the item after intercepting it, nearly 2.5 weeks later so I have no way of knowing whose fault it really was but it was a cluster regardless.
