He cancelled the sale but he gave me a refund right away so ok. I'll give him a thumbs up.

Transaction and communication was good initially, however the phone description was not 100% honest. Although phone was in good condition, it was not mint there were plenty signs of use and screen protector was badly damaged. Seller failed to provide a tracking number, and did not mention he would be sending a 3rd party charger. I was partially refunded to replace the charger however the process was quite painful. Not the worse transaction in the world, but needs to be more professional when someone is paying $450 dollars for a product.
