BEWARE OF THIS SELLER! tampered with software and battery- the battery swelled and the screen popped off after a short time. The battery is shot, but the battery health percentage still says "100%" meaning that it was RIGGED! Buyer Beware.

This phone was trash, I got it the first week of June and in the 5 months that I've had the phone the battery life went from 90% to 40% and I never charge it at night or overcharge it. I took it to the apple store and they said that the battery swelled and the screen was lifting. Initally they told me that apple covers swelling bateery so they shipped it off, I just recived a call saying that because the seller tampered with the hardware they arent able to replace it and they arent even sure if it's going to power on. I now have no phone! So morally of the story if youre going to buy an iPhone buy it from apple :)

The phone works flawlessly. However, I’m glad the seller sent an Apple charging wire because the phone will not charge with my other cables, even though I bought those from the Apple store.

I am pleased with the device. It works and is in good condition. I am disappointed that the seller did not provide the exact phone as listed, but they issued a partial refund for the price difference. After looking at the seller's feedback history, it looks like this happens somewhat frequently. Although the seller was prompt with shipping and worked to make things right, I am marking "neutral" because I did not get the phone I originally ordered.

Item came very fast and is in good condition. There is a very slight problem with the functionality of the phone: when making a call, the screen ceases to be responsive. Practically speaking, this will pose a problem if I wish to place a call on speakerphone or to look something up during a call. But beyond that the phone works perfectly.
