Product is as described, and everything works fine. Shipping was reasonably quick (although I didn't receive a confirmation number until the day the device arrived - not sure what's up with that). Consider me a satisfied customer.

There were some scratches at the bottom, right under the Touch ID button. Hidden perfectly by the Tech21 case but it's still there. Other than that, everything else looks good. Well packaged, and that's always appreciated.

Giving four stars because though the mailing label was generated the second day after purchase, both the tracking information and a post office worker at the seller's zip code say they did not physically receive the package until the sixth day, causing the major inconvenience of my being without phone service for over a week as I switched carriers, despite the seller having responded to my message about appreciating quick shipping by saying he would ship in two days.
