I have several problems with this purchase, abd I have yet to hear back from the seller or from Swappa. First of all, the seller said that the phone was in mint condition with no defects, but when I got it there were 2 chips in the battery cover! Second, one of the 2 cases was damaged. Third, one if the 2 batteries was swollen (seemingly from being left in the heat), and thus not something I would use in my phone. When the seller offered the device in mint condition with 2 cases and 2 extra batteries, I kind of expected for the items to be in the condition that they are described in, and that any damage would be duly noted so as to give the prospective buyer accurate information as to what he's buying. I alerted both the buyer and Swappa to the issues, and never heard back from either (I gave them almost a week!). DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!
