SCAM! We received a laptop that did not boot a single time. After trying several methods to boot the laptop, we spoke with the seller for a refund. The seller asked us to return the laptop and then denied the refund after I had already sent the laptop back falsely claiming I had physically damaged the laptop. Luckily I had photos of the poor packaging we received the item in. I had to file a claim through Paypal just to get my money back. Return shipping was not reimbursed, and I now have to go through Paypal for a refund.
