Item was as described. Unfortunately the seller did not ship the item in the required time frame per Swappa rules. Phone was purchased on a Friday and was not shipped until Wednesday. We were planning on using this phone on an out of town trip but were unable to do so as a result. When I asked the seller to please ship it in the required time frame they stated they were too busy and to leave them negative feedback if it bothered me. So here we are...I would have felt differently if they offered an apology or maybe attempted to make arrangements for a friend to drop it in the mail.
