Shipping took 1 week when shipped with UPS ground. Terrible.

The phone was listed as "64GB" in two different places; once typed in the title, and then once selected as an option in the listing. However, the phone was NOT the 64GB version.

Second, the phone was marked as Refurbished. Whoever refurbished it put on SUCH CRAP AND LOW QUALITY screen that a regular use of the phone resulted in multiple screen scratches within the first few days. The S7 Edge comes with Gorilla glass 4, and that should NOT happen so quickly. By the time I ordered the screen protector and getting the phone, the screen was already scratched up. Very low quality replacement.

Still, the fact that it was not 64GB when it could have been easily confirmed was/is very misleading.

Otherwise, the gadgets it came with vs. the price was very good.

3-star phone with a 5-star price/service. Average is 4-stars, which is what I gave.
