The seller sold me an iphone 11 pro max that was with stolen/fraudulent. It wasn't discovered until I went to trade in the device to Apple - where it was audited. It then came back to me BLACKLISTED. This phone should have never been posted to sell in the first place. This information would have never been caught unless I were to have checked the IMEI number. I was under the belief that this site protects its customers by checking the credentials before items are able to be listed for sale. The phone is completely unusable at this point!!!!!
