The phone came in super fast after I bought it, and it came from across the country. It was in the condition as described by the seller. Was an overall great buying experience!

Great laptop! Great Seller!

Phone was listed as mint but Swappa staff agreed that the phone was not in mint condition. The seller said the phone would work on Ting, but there was an owed Sprint balance and so it would not work. The seller wouldn't even call Sprint to try to remove the balance. The seller refused to allow a return for either one of these reasons. I had to create a paypal dispute. I won the dispute but then the seller lied and said he never received the phone in my return package. The seller did this because he was trying to keep the my money and the returned phone!!! Complete headache. I wasted a ton of time dealing with the seller's lies. The whole process took almost an entire month! The seller was incredibly rude, unhelpful, and did not try to resolve any of the problems. He just tried to fight my returning the device the whole time. Would not buy again. STAY AWAY!!! F-

I was very pleased to see a tracking number in my email the very next day after placing the order (I placed it late at night) and to receive it in two business days was great. The phone as as described and I was able to activate it on my sprint account the very same day as receiving it.

Very satisfied with my iPhone 5s purchase. It shipped quickly and arrived Very quickly. The phone itself was in excellent condition and I did not have any problems setting up! Lorenzo even included an case - very thoughtful! So pleased with the whole process!
