Phone audio didn't work. Seller insisted it was a Sprint problem. I spent hours talking with Sprint. Eventually returned phone to seller. I wouldn't even be complaining about the seller now except seller never offered to pay for the return which I later learned (my first swappa purchase) is policy. Later seller acknowledged phone audio problem. Something about a setting. The phone should have been ready for activation and it wasn't. I should have been offered return shipping and insurance cost but I wasn't. I no choice but to accept the loss of hours upon hours talking to Sprint.

Easy to deal with, phone was shipped quickly, and it was exactly as described. Can't ask for more than that.
