What a waste of time with this seller. Didn't shipped device and zero communication for 2 weeks after purchase. It was only after I opened a PayPal dispute he bothered to communicate on Swappa . Still it took another week to recover money because seller never communicated with PayPal. If you have time to waste and have your money tied up with a PayPal dispute this is your seller, otherwise steer clear. Definitely wouldn't recommend anyone dealing with this seller.

Worst Swappa seller I had the misfortune of dealing with. Stay away from this seller at all costs. Everything was bad, from the description to the communication. I had to file a PayPal claim and wait a month until PayPal stepped in and delt with the situation.

Laptop came very fast and it looks like new. Big thanks to the seller. Recommend

BUYER BEWARE!!! This seller is slow and unreliable. On multiple occasions, they took close to a week or more to respond to messages and perform their duties, including shipping the device. I had to ask staff to intervene multiple times and almost had to file a PayPal dispute to get my refund after returning the item. The laptop had minor but undisclosed physical damage and concerning boot issues. The whole ordeal took almost two months.

It takes a long time to send the package and the communication is not assertive at all.

device in excellent condition. No marks or scratches that I can tell. Shipping was crazy fast once USPS got it out. Excellent experience.

beyond that it seems the laptop shipped with a bad drive which took me a while to figure out. I don't believe this is the fault of the seller though. Especially for the price.
