For the most part the item is as described. Scratches on the screen are visible during use (the description stated they weren't), but overall a fine transaction.

Great and Honest seller. This transaction was canceled due to incorrect information provided by T-Mobile. Seller quickly accepted the mistake and proceed with a refund. The seller went above and provided additional funding for shipping the phone back to the seller. No phone in hand but very satisfied with the transaction outcome. Good luck with T-Mobile!
