This seller sent me a phone that was of a lower quality than the one that was advertised; although it was pretty badly dinged up, it still worked perfectly fine when I put my SIM card in it. The seller then offered me a partial refund to sweeten the deal, and then partially refunded less than I asked for, whatever. But at the end of a day, I got a major phone upgrade for not that much money.

I give this 3.5 stars, so rounded up to 4. Phone wasn't wiped, and had a passcode associated, so spent a few hours jumping through hoops to get it factory reset - wasn't as simple as just connecting and hitting restore, using a windows computer. Phone could have been cleaned up more (fingerprints, etc.) Happy now that everything is working. Thanks for the quick shipping and the quick response to my comment.
