Would prefer to have tracking info updated on our swappa order as suggested to follow-up, felt ignored and feared the worst had to messaging the seller for updates, of course it was down the street .
This is my 2nd purchase on swappa and both packages required a chase for the USPS mailman when passed us by after tracking showed out for delivery. Wish that were better in the future. Best place to find great deals. Hope this phone last longer than the last or the Warranty plan/company better as well.. DUAL SCREENS should not be offered a plan if it doesn't cover the purchase.
