Phone was in great condition as I expected. Had a little set back with sim card slot not being unlocked as listed. Seller was very helpful and helped get an unlock code and overall I am very happy with the purchase.

The seller shipped the phone immediately and expeditiously, however they did not disclose the fact that the phone had a flaw (albeit a common flaw) that keeps the sim tray from being locked in to the phone when there is not a sim card present. While this won't be a problem once there is a sim card in the phone, it is a nuisance while getting used to to the Moto X prior to buying a new sim card that will fit in the phone.

5/5 anyways though because he continued to be helpful after the sale in regards to buying the correct sim card when he could have just taken his money and stopped caring.
