Fast shipping and perfect mint condition received

Pros: the cell phone condition was grea!!. Price--best price for my item in the condition that I had seen! The actual shipment was packed well also.

Cons (ways seller could improve):
-Factory reset phone prior to shipping (I don't want to see/get anyone else's email/privacy/etc.)
-Provide sooner feedback of shipping info/confirmation of order. I didn't hear anything for 4 days, then I got my tracking number--but as a first time swappa buy, I was a little concerned that my order was being processed for those days.

So, still *good* service but there is room for improvement.

Phone arrived promptly. Seller sold it as new and it was new as far as I could tell.

I appreciate that he gave me a call to let me know that there was a small scratch he hadn't seen before, and gave me an opportunity to say "nevermind," or to send the phone back if it was too big a scratch. As it turns out, I can hardly see it, so I'm keeping it. Would do business again, in 2+ years when I'm ready to upgrade again!
