Despite the fact the device was defective, the seller was great! Everything came fast, wrapped beautiful and he worked with me trying to get the (phone) device to work. I think it was a factory defect from Apple. My money was refunded fast and if he had another apple phone, I would have purchased another from him. I would certainly buy again from him and Swappa!!!
