I knocked a star off because the phone had some issues, but the seller refunded the money and made it right.

Polite seller, response time was okay. Was first informed that it would take a few days to confirm their PayPal account, so phone would be shipped out after 2-3 days. (Minor inconvenience) Then the seller cancelled the item the next day (due to no longer wishing to sell the phone). Very polite seller, but am disappointed overall.
