From the start, this seller was difficult to deal with. The phone wasn’t shipped until a week after purchase—well beyond Swappa’s 3-day shipping policy—and the seller was largely unresponsive when contacted. Upon arrival, the phone was in the described condition but was SIM-locked, despite the seller stating it was unlocked in the listing comment section. After reporting the issue, the seller promised a fix but went silent for days at a time. With no meaningful progress and continued lack of response, I had to involve Swappa staff and ultimately file a dispute through PayPal as directed by Swappa staff.
Poor communication and lack of accountability throughout. Would not recommend seller based on this experience/transaction.
