The phone came as expected. Mint condition. I was able to use it immediately after I visited my Verizon store and they switched my sim card from my old phone. I've had it for a month and it works very well. I haven't run into any issues with the device. You can trust this seller.

The condition of the item was exactly as described and it was in it's original packaging for the most part and included the charger. My only complaint is that it only had half the active band in it which was a weird choice to include at all if it was missing part of it that was required to function. I can't be mad though because the seller did include a different band that does work. I'll just have to go spend $50 on a new band for workouts. In their defense though the active band wasn't what was in the picture.

The watch has a big white smudge or defect of some sort in the lighting of the screen. It is also telling me the watch is locked to a business or government t-mobile account and is not actually unlocked.....
