rude, unethical, fraud, time waster, didnt provide the tracking till date escalated claim to paypal to get my refund. Such a bad experience. lesson learned.

Item was marked as mint but came with scratches all over the screen. Very slow and lack of communication from the buyer. Refund was given only after escalation through Paypal but even then, Paypal had to provide an automatic refund. My $14 shipping fee back to the seller was never refunded.

phone is in mint condition visually. there is static when using picture and snapchat. hopefully all will check out when i take to a center but it is over a year old per seller. was supposed to be delivered friday and didnt receive til tue of the next week. very little communication with seller-until i contacted swappa and started dispute with paypal.

There was zero communication with seller over a span of a week after the listing was sold, despite multiple comments on the sale page and Swappa staff involvement. During this time, seller was replying to inquiries on his other listing for a Samsung S7 Edge in Gold. When I began a PayPal dispute, the seller turned up within the day hoping to still complete the sale, but didn't offer any form of compensation. I got my refund from winning the PayPal dispute by default, because the seller didn't even bother to reply to my inquiry for a refund on Swappa or to resolve on PayPal.

I bought a new (resale) Samsung Galaxy S5 form the seller, but the seller sent a refurbished device and offered a partial refund. The phone was in good condition, but I returned it, since a refurbished device was not what I was looking for. The seller is a bit slow on communication.

The phone arrived but with no accessories .In the sellers add it said nothing about the accessories being shipped later but they were.It took 6 more days to get them.Also the seller needs to communicate better.I had to ask several times for updates and shipping information.But the phone and accessories were as described .

Shipping was prompt, but not the Priority Mail that was noted in the product page (instead it was First Class). No tracking was provided until multiple requests were made (which is when I found the discrepancy). Product was in very good shape, and as-described.

Phone was not shipped as it was described. Took 6 days instead of 2-3. Upon receipt the phone was found to have minor scratches on the screen and a significant ding on the top of the phone. This was described as mint but in reality was fair, maybe good. The seller did offer a partial refund to make up for the price difference.
