The seller assumed I was high risk and rejected my sale, after receiving money. Paypal put protections on the purchase due to it being a several thousand dollar transaction, and the buyer wouldn't agree to it despite it being a legitimate process (its paypal ffs), and being outlined in paypal policies which the seller agreed upon . Now I have to wait 2 weeks for my refund of 2k+ to post to my account. Ridiculous.
